1. Introduction to Pran Shakti Healing Remedy
In our article, ‘What is Kundalini, and how does the process of Kundalini awakening happen?’, we explain the subtle energy systems in our body. Specifically, we discuss Pran Shakti (vital energy), the life force energy that sustains and gives energy to the physical body, mind, intellect, and subtle ego. This vital energy is, in fact, God’s energy, and apart from its regular use of sustaining our being, it can also be directed and used as a healing energy.
As per spiritual science, any ailments or problems to do with the physical body, mind and intellect start in the subtle aspect of our being first, and later they appear physically.
Using the same spiritual principle, when there are blocks in the flow of Pran Shakti (Vital energy) within the body, it leads to various problems at the physical, psychological and spiritual levels. What if we could identify these blocks and work on ourselves at a subtle energetic level? It would go a long way in the prevention of disease and illnesses.
In this article, we have explained an advanced spiritual healing methodology that we have developed through Spiritual Research, which helps in diagnosing the blocks in the Pran Shakti (Vital Energy) or the life force energy in the body to overcome diseases, psychological problems and spiritual problems.
2. Pranshakti Healing Remedy – Mode of operation
Pran Shakti (Vital energy) is discharged through our fingers continuously throughout the day. Using this energy to cure our ailments is the essence of this Pran Shakti Healing remedy. It is a self-healing spiritual remedy that does not require touch.

Although Pran Shakti (Vital energy) is used in different therapies such as Pyramid therapy, Reiki treatment, Pranic healing, etc., the uniqueness of this Pran Shakti Healing Remedy is the combination of spiritual measures such as Chants and mudras (specific hand positions) which help channelise and aid healing. It also includes the Five Cosmic Principles to facilitate the healing process.
3. Usefulness of this self-healing remedy
This healing remedy does not in any way replace medical healthcare. However, it provides the patient with a complementary means of treatment that channels positive energy to the affected organ to help overcome the illness and facilitate a cure. Also, in case one does not have immediate access to healthcare services as a first aid measure, one can use the Pran Shakti Healing remedy to ease one’s suffering. The Pran Shakti Healing remedy can be used in conjunction with other spiritual self-healing remedies (such as the Salt Water Healing remedy, Box Treatment, etc.) as advocated on the SSRF website.
4. A quick overview of the Pran Shakti Healing Remedy

There is a three-step process.
- Remove Black Covering : We begin by self-diagnosing the blocks in our Pran Shakti (Vital Energy) flow in the body. For accurate diagnosis, we must first remove the black energy covering around us that could interfere with our readings.
- Diagnosing the affected chakra or area : Then, without touching our body, we conduct a simple 2-3-minute subtle experiment with our fingers to determine the chakra or body part that is blocked.
To know more about chakras, refer to – What are chakras? - Apply the remedy to remove the block : Once the spot of the block is chosen, we remove the block by using a specific healing chant and mudra (specific hand posture) that channels Pran Shakti into the affected area.
5. Step 1 – Pranshakti Healing Remedy – Removal of Black covering
Black energy covering is a subtle covering created by negative energies that can form around our bodies and also on the Kundalini chakras. The primary aim of creating such a covering is to adversely affect a person with distressing vibrations. In relation to the Pran Shakti Healing remedy, such a subtle distressing covering interferes with our ability to access or diagnose the area to be treated. It also reduces the effectiveness of the healing remedy.

To remove this black covering, begin by targeting the area from the head to the neck. Thereafter, from the neck to the waist and then from the waist to the legs. This is a simple treatment that can be done in a number of ways. For comprehensive information on how to remove black covering, do refer to the article – Spiritual cleansing of the black covering formed by negative energies around oneself.
6. Step 2 – Pranshakti Healing Remedy – Diagnosing the affected chakra or area
Once we have completed the step of removing the black covering, we are ready to start locating the block in the Pran Shakti (Vital energy) flow in our body by performing a subtle experiment. This will help us determine the affected chakra or area.
Before we get into the practical aspect of this step, we would like to apprise you of the function of the Kundalini chakras.
Kundalini chakras are a storehouse of Pran Shakti, and they provide subtle energy for the functions of the body organs, mind, and intellect. There is one Kundalini chakra associated with every organ. Pran Shakti is imbibed and distributed by the Kundalini chakras of a person and sent to the respective organs. The following table provides the organs related to various chakras.
| Ailment | Associated Kundalini chakra (Spiritual Energy Centre) |
|---|---|
| 1. Physical ailments | |
| A. Ailments of the head and eyes | Adnya chakra (Mid-brow region) |
| B. Ailments associated with the mouth, ear, nose and throat | Vishuddha chakra (Throat region) |
| C. Ailments associated with the chest | Anahat chakra (Middle of chest region) |
| D. Ailments of the stomach | Manipur chakra (Navel) |
| E. Ailments associated with the lower abdomen | Swadhishthan-chakra (Sacral region) |
| F. Ailments associated with the anus | Muladhar-chakra (Base of the spine) |
| G. Ailments of hands and the region from head to chest (Ailments other than those mentioned in Points A and C) | Anahat chakra (Middle of chest region) |
| H. Ailments of legs and region below the chest (Other than those given in Points D & E) | Manipur chakra (Navel) |
| I. Ailments associated with the entire body (For example, fatigue, fever, obesity, skin disease spread all over the body) | 1. Sahasrar-chakra (Middle of the crown of the head) 2. Anahat chakra (Middle of chest region) and Manipur chakra (Navel) |
| J. Fatigue | Muladhar-chakra (Base of the spine) |
| 2. Psychological ailments | 1. Sahasrar-chakra (Middle of the crown of the head) 2. Anahat chakra (Middle of chest region) |
If there is an obstruction to the flow of Pran Shakti or Vital energy in any Kundalini chakra, the organs associated with that chakra will likely be deprived of Pran Shakti. Negative energies mainly attack the Kundalini chakras and store distressing energy in them, thus creating obstructions in them. As a result, it is necessary to find such blocks in the Kundalini chakras.
6.2 Method of Diagnosing the Block in the Flow of Pran Shakti (Vital Energy) along the Kundalini Chakras
1. Seating position : For this exercise, we should sit facing the North direction. The North direction attracts the Destroyer Principle of God, which is needed for healing. Do not face the South as it is considered an inauspicious direction. When one needs the Saviour Principle of God, it is recommended to sit in the East or West direction. The sitting position can be relaxed with no discomfort to the hands. Then close your eyes and focus on breathing.
2. Prayer : Say an earnest prayer to God to give one the ability to find the Chakra that is blocked and thereafter the correct healing remedy.
3. Scanning the Chakras :
- The action : Loosely hold your four fingers (all fingers, apart from the thumb) in a straight line, 1 to 2 centimetres away from your body and move the fingers up and down in the region of all the chakras from Swadhishthan-chakra (Sacral region) to the Sahasrar-chakra (Middle of the crown of the head) while focussing on your breath.

- What to look out for : The spot at which breathlessness is experienced around a chakra is the spot or the block on which the healing needs to be done. Some signs of discomfort can be: increased heartbeat, pain at a spot, difficulty breathing, restlessness, etc. The chakra at which some discomfort is experienced the most can be considered the spot. Sometimes, it can be two chakras, and we may also feel discomfort. If it is more than two chakras, we can understand that we have not found the spot correctly and must repeat the process.
- Pinpointing the exact spot : Stop at this location and move your fingers upwards and then downwards a few times, about 2-3 cms from the troubled area, to find the exact spot for the block. Sometimes spiritual healing takes place while searching for the spot, and one may experience symptoms of manifestation of distress, such as yawning, belching, experiencing distressing sensations on the skin, etc. In such cases, that spot should also be considered suitable for performing nyas.
4. Scanning other parts of the body : Whether there are obstructions at the Kundalini chakras or not, there could still be obstructions in various nadis (Energy channels) whereby the associated organs experience distress, such as breathlessness.
At such times, find the obstructions in the nadis by moving the fingers over all the organs, such as the head, neck, chest, stomach, hands and feet, but not over the chakras.
5. What if I am unable to find the spot? : If you are unable to find the obstructions in the flow of Pran Shakti in the Kundalini chakras or other parts of the body, then hold both the hands in such a way that the back of one hand rests on the palm of the other and try to locate the spot using the fingers of both the hands.

A greater amount of Pran Shakti (Vital energy) or Pran Energy is emitted due to using the fingers of both hands in conjunction. Consequently, the location of the obstruction can be more easily identified, even if it is minimal, allowing for treatment at the precise spot.
7. In summary
This article provides our readers with the ability to diagnose Pran Shakti (vital energy) blockages in the Kundalini system, especially in relation to the chakras and the nadis. Freeing up these blocks will help provide relief to a patient. Regular spiritual practice (that is aligned to universal principles) helps to increase one’s sensitivity to identifying such Pran Shakti (vital energy) blockages using the method described above. Once the diagnosis of where the obstruction is obtained, step 3, which is the healing aspect of the remedy, can be applied.
