Ennek oka, hogy k&eacute;ts&eacute;geink vannak a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;ssal kapcsolatban &eacute;s mert a tudatalatti elm&eacute;nk (<em>chitta<\/em>) benyom&aacute;sai a felsz&iacute;nre buknak. Ebben a cikkben &ouml;sszegy\u0171jt&ouml;tt&uuml;nk n&eacute;h&aacute;ny gyakorlati tan&aacute;csot arr&oacute;l, hogy mik&eacute;nt jav&iacute;thatunk a koncentr&aacute;ci&oacute;nkon a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;s k&ouml;zben. Fontos &eacute;szben tartanunk, hogy a koncentr&aacute;ci&oacute; el&eacute;r&eacute;se a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;s k&ouml;zben nem eszk&ouml;z, hanem a c&eacute;l.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"2_Hogyan_noumlveljuumlk_a_koncentraacutecioacutet_a_kaacutentaacutelaacutesban\">2. Hogyan n&ouml;velj&uuml;k a koncentr&aacute;ci&oacute;t a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;sban<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sz&aacute;molja a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;s mennyis&eacute;g&eacute;t:<\/strong> Haszn&aacute;lhatunk egy r&oacute;zsaf\u0171z&eacute;rt (<em>japam\u0101l\u0101<\/em>) vagy egy sz&aacute;ml&aacute;l&oacute;t, hogy nyomon k&ouml;vethess&uuml;k a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;s mennyis&eacute;g&eacute;t. Ez seg&iacute;thet a koncentr&aacute;l&aacute;sban.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hangosan k&aacute;nt&aacute;lni:<\/strong> Amikor az elme &uacute;jra &eacute;s &uacute;jra elkalandozik k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;s k&ouml;zben, akkor hasznos egy ideig hangosan k&aacute;nt&aacute;lni vagy egy hangfelv&eacute;telt lej&aacute;tszani a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;sr&oacute;l. Az autoszuggeszti&oacute;t a k&ouml;vetkez\u0151k&eacute;ppen fogalmazhatjuk: &bdquo;Amikor felesleges gondolataim t&aacute;madnak, ennek tudat&aacute;ra &eacute;bredek &eacute;s a k&aacute;nt&aacute;l&aacute;sra koncentr&aacute;lok&rdquo;. Az autoszuggeszti&oacute;kat a k&ouml;vetkez\u0151k&eacute;ppen kell v&eacute;gezni:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. K&aacute;nt&aacute;ljunk 1-2 percig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Ism&eacute;telj&uuml;k el gondolatban az autoszuggeszti&oacute;t 5-sz&ouml;r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.
