Sa\u017eetak<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2><span id=\"1_Kako_spavati\">1. Kako spavati<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Svi bi mi htjeli znati kako dobro spavati i probuditi se odmorni. Jedan od mnogih faktora o dobrom spavanju, je vrijeme odlaska na spavanje. Mnogi ljudi imaju naviku na brzinu odspavati u suton npr. nakon povratka iz ureda. U ovom \u010dlanku, objasnit \u0107emo \u0161to se zapravo doga\u0111a u suptilnoj dimenziji kada odlazimo na spavanje u suton i \u0161to trebamo sve poduzeti da bismo dobro spavali.<\/p>\n<p>Na samom po\u010detku moramo razumijeti da:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 6px 0px 6px 12px;padding: 6px 0px 0px 12px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Iz duhovne perspektive, san je op\u0107enito stanje uglavnom povezano sa osnovnom suptilnom <em>tama<\/em>\u00a0komponentom. To zna\u010di da se tijekom sna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org\/hr\/suptilne-komponente-sattva-raja-tama\">osnovna suptilna <em>Tama<\/em> komponenta<\/a> u na\u0161em tijelu pove\u0107ava.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Na\u0161a duhovna praksa je najni\u017ea tijekom sna, pa\u00a0 smo duhovno najranjiviji kada spavamo. Zbog toga smo podlo\u017eniji za duhovno one\u010di\u0161\u0107enje osnovnom suptilnom <em>raja-tama<\/em>\u00a0komponentom i podlo\u017eniji smo napadima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org\/hr\/duhovi\">duhova ( negativnih energija )<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span id=\"2_Sto_se_dogada_kada_spavamo\">2. \u0160to se doga\u0111a kada spavamo?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Kada spavamo:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 6px 0px 6px 12px;padding: 6px 0px 0px 12px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Ulazimo iz svjesnog stanja u polusan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Zbog toga je u\u010dinkovitost \u00a0unutarnjih prostora u tijelu, kao i stanica te cirkulacijskog sustava jako smanjena (unutarnji prostori su prostori izme\u0111u dvaju organa u tijelu).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Zbog stanja spavanja, u tijelu su pokrenute sub-vitalne energije (<em>upapraana<\/em>). Zbog toga se aktiviraju unutarnji izlu\u010duju\u0107i plinovi koji se po\u010dinju kretati u silaznom smjeru.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 4px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 10px 2px ! important;line-height: 1.4em;text-align: justify\">Zbog utjecaja tog silaznog smjera, uznemiruju\u0107e vibracije prene\u0161ene iz ravni Pakla su privu\u010dene prema osobi koja spava.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zbog toga je zamah osnovnih suptilnih <em>raja-tama<\/em>\u00a0\u010destica u atmosferi ve\u0107i tijekom sutona, nego u drugim dijelovima dana. Negativne energije iz ravni Pakla (<em>Paataal<\/em>) koriste ovu kretnju suptilnih <em>raja-tama<\/em>\u00a0\u010destica da bi lak\u0161e u\u0161le u atmosferu. Ako \u0107emo ignorirati ovu znanost ne\u0107emo shvatiti da smo pod utjecajem, niti \u0107emo povezati bilo koju pote\u0161ko\u0107u gore navedenu sa tim utjecajem.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"3_Sazetak\">3.
