Check answer: |
A pleasant sensation could be that of pleasant energy, cold, heat, pressure, peace, divine consciousness (chaitanya), Bliss, getting a vision of the object being read in pure, white light, etc. A distressing sensation could be that of distressing energy, cold, heat, headache, pressure, pain, difficulty in breathing, getting a vision of the object being read in dark, black tones, etc. One can also assess if one perceives these sensations in a particular part of the body or if it is a general feeling.

Answer
One feels more pleasant on looking at the complete square in Figure A.
Spiritual principle behind the answer
The energy flow in the first figure is contained and continuous as it is enclosed on all (four) sides. But in figure B, as one side is open there is dissipation of energy and thus an obstacle to the smooth flow of energy.
