Terms and Conditions – SSRF Donations

The following are the terms and conditions that you (the donator) need to accept prior to the purchase of any SSRF products and/or services. If you do not accept them please do not use the donation facility of SSRF. By using this website you also agree to the Terms of use for this website as mentioned in our ‘Terms of use’ section on the SSRF homepage.

Definitions

Donation	The donation made by the donator
Donator	The person, firm or company who is intends to make or has made a donation to SSRF.
Member	Means the same as 'SSRF member'.
SSRF	SSRF when used in this website stands for the Spiritual Science Research Foundation INC a non-profit organisation registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) with ABN 49 119 742 herein termed as SSRF Australia and with the state of New Jersey, USA (No: 0400176958).
SSRF member	Any person who has an active SSRF member account provided by SSRF via the website.
SSRF Website Team	People directly involved with the operation and functioning of the website
The Site	The website ssrf.org or spiritualresearchfoundation.org
We	The word 'we' used on this website refers to the Spiritual Science Research Foundation as defined in 'SSRF'.

Tax exemption

SSRF USA is non-profit corporation, tax exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America (US). Donations made in US Dollars by US tax payers are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

General

3.1 In order to donate to SSRF you will need to be an SSRF member.

3.2 Age: You warrant that you are over 18 years.

3.3 Refund : Once a donation is made you cannot ask for a partial or a full refund.

3.4 Any loss incurred to you: We will do all we reasonably can to protect this site and all internet communications passing between us and you, but we cannot be held responsible for:

A) any losses fairly attributable to your failure to take reasonably precautions to prevent interception of or interference with any such communications (including, without limitations) failure to use and keep up to date firewalls and anti-virus software on your own computer; or

B) any losses arising from fraudulent or unauthorised use of your credit or debit card or other forms of payment. If you become aware of fraudulent use or your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you should notify your card issuer.

3.5 Your computer: You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our Site and is compatible with our Site.

3.6 Use of a card: By making this donation you warrant that the mechanism that you use credit card or otherwise is owned by you or you have permission to use it.

3.7 Liability:

The liability for loss of any amount or an issue with regards to transfer of funds will lie with you.
If you have a problem with your donation the SSRF Website team will try our best to help but we take no responsibility to rectify the problem or retrieve and amount lost in the transfer of funds.

Use of donations

Your donation will only be used for activities that are in line with SSRF’s mission as stated in the Terms of Use.
